16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

SalvationSound.com may use or link to independent services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, social-media platforms, streaming platforms and external websites.

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Salvation Sound does not control their content, security, availability or privacy practices. Customers should review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

We take reasonable care to keep SalvationSound.com available and its information accurate. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical problems or website improvements.

We may correct pricing mistakes, descriptions, availability information and other website errors. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salvation Sound will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from gross negligence, fraudulent conduct or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

19. EVENTS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL

Neither party will be responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control.

These may include severe weather, illness, power or internet failures, transport disruption, venue closure, government restrictions, civil unrest, natural disasters or major supplier failures.

The affected party must communicate the problem as soon as reasonably possible. Both parties will attempt to reschedule, arrange a reasonable alternative or reach a fair resolution.

20. REFUSAL OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Salvation Sound may reasonably refuse, suspend or terminate a service because of:

  • Fraud or suspected unlawful activity
  • Threatening, abusive or discriminatory behaviour
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Non-payment
  • Serious breach of an agreement
  • Instructions that violate another person’s rights
  • Unlawful or harmful content
  • Conduct conflicting with Salvation Sound’s Christian service standards

Any refund or outstanding payment will be considered according to the circumstances, work completed, reasonable costs incurred and applicable law.
