Booking Payments

All payments made toward bookings are considered confirmation of service and commitment. Booking fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations

Refunds may be considered based on:

  • The timing of the cancellation

  • The nature of the service booked

  • Any costs already incurred

Late cancellations may not qualify for a refund.

Event Changes

If an event date or details change, we encourage clients to notify us as early as possible. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

Service Disruptions

In the rare event that Salvation Sound™ Global is unable to deliver a confirmed service due to unforeseen circumstances, appropriate alternatives or refunds may be discussed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
