Salvation Sound Global (Pty) Ltd provides professional DJ bookings, event services, and entertainment coordination. By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee service until officially confirmed by Salvation Sound. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that do not meet our operational or ethical standards.

Content on this website may not be copied, reused, or misrepresented without written permission.

2️⃣ Booking Policy

All bookings must be submitted through the official booking or contact form on this website. Once received, our team will review the request and respond with availability, pricing, and terms.

Bookings are only confirmed once:

Written confirmation is issued, and
A required deposit (if applicable) is received.

Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may attract additional fees.

3️⃣ Payment Policy

Payments may include deposits and/or full settlement depending on the service provided. Payment details will be communicated after booking confirmation.

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking without notice.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

International Payments

For clients or artists/DJs outside South Africa, payments may be processed via PayPal in the applicable foreign currency (USD, GBP, EUR, etc.). Exchange rates are determined at the time of payment by the payment provider. Salvation Sound is not responsible for currency fluctuations or third-party processing fees.

4️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to partial or no refund.
In the unlikely event that Salvation Sound cancels a confirmed booking, any payments made will be refunded in full.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

5️⃣ Event Responsibility & Liability

Salvation Sound is not responsible for:

Power failures
Venue restrictions
Equipment damage caused by third parties
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access, adequate power supply, and suitable event conditions.

6️⃣ Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted through this website is used strictly for communication, bookings, and service delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
